Project Responsibility: Mr. Selzer is a principal in charge of all aspects of daily operations for Capture Construction including but not limited to project management, scheduling, procurement, constructability reviews, quality control, safety and closeout documentation. Selected Project Experience: Suncoast Parkway – Tampa, Florida ($ 74,000,000); Polk Parkway - Lakeland, Florida ($ 105,000,000); Southern Connector - Orlando, Florida ($ 20,000,000); Osceola Parkway - Kissimmee, Florida ($ 15,000,000); Veterans Expressway - Tampa, Florida ($50,000,000) Field Operations Manager responsible for implementing project control functions, reviewing and developing project schedules, and developing and processing change orders and supplemental agreements. Responsible for presentations and negotiations of cost proposals with the owner, subcontractors, vendors and the dispute review boards. Steel Hector & Davis / West Palm Beach, Florida ($18,000,000) Excell's Manager responsible for providing on-site review of the General Contractor, Federal/MCO, project schedule, and the Architects, Digby Bridges & Marsh and Ramp Engineering, request for information, change orders, submittals, and change order proposal. In addition, responsible for preparing briefings and status to the city's attorney, Steel Hector & Davis and the City of West Palm Beach, Florida. Cogefar-Impresit USA, Inc., Miami, Florida ($77,000,000) Excell's On-Site Manager for multiple projects, and member of the Dispute Management Team responsible for developing Request for Equitable Adjustment (REA) for the clients various projects. Specifically, provided initial review of project records and existing claims and provided Cogefar with an assessment and appropriate recommendations. Prepared a rebaseline schedule with Cogefar's personnel and subcontractors for the Metropolitan Detention Center, and presented a detailed briefing to the Federal Bureau of Prison in Washington D.C. Responsible for monthly schedule updates "projection to complete schedules" on Cogefar's Metropolitan Detention Center ($50,000,000), Metromover Extension - Brickell Station (12,000,000), and School "P" (3,000,000) projects. Also responsible for managing the projection to complete schedule efforts on the BCC Library (7,000,000), and School "V" ($5,000,000) projects. Assisted in the development of REA plans for Cogefar's various projects; Metropolitan Detention Center, Metromover Extension - Brickell Station, BCC Library, School "P", and School "V." Also responsible for developing and processing Excell, Inc.'s monthly invoice. |
